Teacher unions tackling racism in schools and society

Discussion workshop
Aug 10 2016  13:00 - 15:30

Racism has existed throughout human history and is still a big problem in many societies. Racism and racial discrimination threaten humanity by preventing fulfillment of basic human rights. Teacher unions around the world stand for true equality for all people, without regard to race, religion, color, gender or sexual orientation. What can teachers and their unions do to tackling racism and discrimination in schools and society?
