Creating Social Movement through Physical Movement

Discussion workshop
Aug 10 2016  9:00 - 11:30

We have three brains: One in our head; one in our heart; one in our “gut”. We tend to prioritize the use of the former. However, all three brains contain enormous amounts of knowledge and wisdom. How can we access all three brains? How can we overcome many of the hurdles we face when we engage in dialogue using only our “head” brains.

This workshop will allow participants to explore their bodies (the container for all three brains); engage with others and work on social or personal issues that are dear to their hearts (guts and brains).

Come and explore, engage and hopefully create some movement in a liberating yet guided process and space!

N.B. This workshop entails periods of standing-up, light movement and short-periods of seated discussion (probably on the floor :-))
